Scenario 1:

New Laptop Fresh from the box (Never booted) / Bagong Laptop (Hindi pa nabubuksan)

  • Download the file VA-OnboardingPackage and save it to a USB drive.
  • Unbox your new computer, and plug the power adapter in.
  • Turn on the laptop and allow it to boot
  • Once you see the following screen, insert your USB drive containing the configuration file

  • You will be prompted to enter a password, which was included in the email sent to you earlier.

  • Enter the password and click the OK button.
  • Click Yes, add it button.

  • You should see the following:

  • The computer will reboot, or may just log off and back on again, returning to the first screen.
  • Choose your country, and keyboard and skip adding a second one
  • Connect to your wifi/internet

STOP!!!  DO NOT PROCEED ANY FURTHER WITH THE SETUP ON YOUR LAPTOP!!!

  • Book an appointment time with one of our technicians to continue your laptop setup.  Be advised there is a 24 hour lead time for appointments.
  • Install Microsoft Authenticator to your mobile device ready for your booking.
  • 15 minutes before your appointment time, make sure your laptop is turned on, connected to power and to wifi.
  • At your appointment time, start a chat with us here

 

  • I-download ang file VA-OnboardingPackage at i-save ito sa isang USB drive.
  • I-unbox ang laptop at ikabit ang power adapter.
  • I-on ang laptop at hintaying mag-boot.
  • Kapag lumabas na ang unang setup screen, ipasok ang USB drive na naglalaman ng configuration file.

  • I-type ang password na ibinigay sa email na ipinadala sa iyo.

  • Pagkatapos ilagay ang password, i-click ang OK.
  • I-click ang “Yes, Add it”.

  • Kapag matagumpay ang proseso, makikita mo ang confirmation screen.

  • Magre-restart ang computer o maaaring mag-log off at bumalik muli sa unang setup screen.
  • Piliin ang iyong Country/Region at keyboard layout, at i-skip ang pagdagdag ng pangalawang keyboard.
  • Kumonekta sa iyong Wi-Fi o internet connection.

HINTO!! HUWAG MO NANG ITULOY PA ANG SETUP SA LAPTOP MO!!!

  • Mag-book ng oras ng appointment kasama ang isa sa aming technician para maipagpatuloy ang setup ng iyong laptop. Tandaan na kailangan ng 24 oras na pagitan bago ang appointment.
  • I-install ang Microsoft Authenticator sa iyong cellphone bago ang iyong appointment.
  • 15 minuto bago ang appointment, siguraduhing naka-on ang iyong laptop, naka-charge, at nakakonek sa WiFi.
